About the Role

As an Analyst, you will support and participate in functional and technical projects for our clients. You will be provided with a range of project opportunities to develop your skills and interests while also building a strong foundation as future leader in the consulting industry.

This role will primarily be responsible for creating and delivering written client work product but will have the opportunity to hone management skills. Contributing to our managed services and support projects, interfacing with offshore resources.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support workshops, legal technology implementations, system selections and business process improvement projects for clients
  • Learn legal operational processes (i.e., contract management, e-billing, matter management, document management, and/or legal hold)
  • Work in a client-facing environment, helping them define their problems, present, and implement recommended solutions
  • Work collaboratively with Qualitas partners on shared projects; sharing information, risks, challenges, and solutions for the betterment of the client and project
  • Work with project team to develop creative and scalable solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate on best practices and develop subject matter expertise in project management and management consulting for the legal industry
  • Be able to articulate requirements, design, use cases and test scripts to support implementations
  • Work with project team to develop creative and scalable solutions for our client’s and develop an understanding for implementation of IT projects
  • Work on generating business process artifacts, including but not limited to use cases, stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows, and vision scope documents
  • Participate in creating test cases as well as providing assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • New graduate or looking for an exciting career change
  • Course work or practical experience in project management
  • Strong acumen and understanding of IT project/program management best practices is preferred
