• Operational Support: Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency in project management, resource allocation, and client delivery.
• Job Costing & Financial Tracking: Help track project costs, consultant billable hours, and profitability to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data to generate reports on business performance, project timelines, and consultant utilization.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in internal workflows and recommend solutions to optimize operations.
• Director of Operations & Leadership Support: Assist the Director of Operations and management team with administrative tasks, data research, and process coordination to enhance decision-making.
• Performance Metrics: Help develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, finance, and HR to support smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic software consulting environment.
• Technology & Tools: Learn and utilize tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com), and financial tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in technology and business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a small, fast-growing company.
• Experience (internship or coursework) in software consulting, business operations, or project management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), or CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce).
